Thierry has +25 years’ experience as Global Executive in the Smart City/Nation, via (Gen)AI, Telecom, (e)Mobility and Energy industries, steering industrial innovation and strategy/partnerships, from spark of ideas to prototypes, products, standards, and systems, rolling-out Telecom networks, putting into production AI systems, and devices, whilst leading new businesses, within organizations such as Alcatel, Samsung, Sagemcom, and Technology Innovation Institute.

Thierry is a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, passionate with DeepTech, with special interest and achievements in (Gen)AI, and their impactful real-world innovation targeting SDG from UN.

Along his career, Thierry has been building and steering many innovative teams (business, R&D, Labs), whilst being pivotal and instrumental in delivering disruptive solutions & products in Telecom (4G/5G/6G), Mobility, ITS, Energy and Cybersecurity domains.

He is author of 40+ international publications, 20+ patents, editor/co-author of 4 Books (Wiley, Springer), and was Telecom Expert for the European Commission, Eureka Cluster CELTIC, and the French National Research Agency (ANR) for many years.

Thierry holds an Engg. Degree from Supélec (France), a Ph.D from Supélec/Paris Sud-Orsay, together with certificates in Technology Entrepreneurship from Harvard, Corporate Strategy from UCL, Investment Management with Machine Learning from EDHEC, and Machine Learning from Stanford.
