Stephan is a global finance and operations executive with extensive international experience across sectors. His leadership spans finance roles in the US, Mexico, Italy, the UK, and Switzerland, where he has consistently driven financial and operational excellence by crafting and executing strategies within complex global frameworks.

Prior to joining FIFTY5 IM, Stephan served as the US CFO and Head of Operations at the World Economic Forum, the renowned platform for Public-Private Cooperation. There, he oversaw finance, operations, and ESG initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Forum's impact.

Innovation and sustainability have been the guiding forces of Stephan's career, starting with roles in the software industry and extending to the mobility and energy sectors, including cutting-edge carbon capture and storage projects.

At the World Economic Forum, Stephan was instrumental in launching groundbreaking initiatives such as the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution global network, UpLink - the Forum's open innovation platform - and the Global Collaboration Village, the first purpose driven metaverse, all new initiatives that address critical global societal issues.

Stephan holds an MBA from NEOMA Business School in France.
